For all booking inquiries, please give us a call.
To ensure a smooth check-in and proper preparation for your services, we kindly ask that guests arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
Please note that appointments can only be held for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time and may be canceled if we do not hear from you.
Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day changes cannot be accommodated.
We recommend booking a few days to one week in advance, as same-day availability is limited. Walk-ins are welcome for services; however, please note that wait times may apply.
General admission is walk-in only and does not require an appointment.
Please note: All service prices do not include the admission fee.

• We do not perform body treatments or massages at any stage of pregnancy.
• Kids under 18 years old will not be allowed to get a service. (scrubs nor massages)
NO refunds will be allowed once the service has started and you are on the treatment table.

Swimsuits and undergarments are not permitted in the bathhouse to ensure maximum sanitation.

Guests must enter the bathhouse fully nude, in accordance with Korean spa tradition.

A small towel is provided for use inside the bathhouse.

Guests are welcome to bring their own big towels and robes for additional comfort.
