To ensure a smooth check-in and proper preparation for your services, we kindly ask that guests arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

Please note that appointments can only be held for up to 10 minutes past the scheduled start time and may be canceled if we do not hear from you.

Any cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day changes cannot be accommodated.

• We recommend booking a few days to one week in advance, as same-day availability is limited. Walk-ins are welcome for services; however, please note that wait times may apply.

• General admission is walk-in only and does not require an appointment.
