Welcome to Parkside Spa & Sauna!

We are a day-pass facility, meaning admission grants access to our spa amenities. Any additional services are optional and are not included in the admission fee. Admission is required regardless of whether you book a service.

ADMISSION

$30 per guest, per entry

Re-entry is not permitted. Once you leave the facility, your visit has ended.
Admission includes access to: Bathhouses, Dry saunas, Steam Room, Showers, Hot & Cold tub, and Common area.
Towels and a Parkside uniform for the common area are provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own towels if preferred.
Two lockers provided: a Shoe locker and a Personal belongings locker
Complimentary amenities: Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash

Parkside Spa & Sauna is a traditional Korean bathhouse.

Bathhouse areas are gender-separated.
Swimsuits and undergarments are not permitted in the bathhouse to ensure maximum sanitation.
Guests must enter the bathhouse fully nude, in accordance with Korean spa tradition.
A small towel is provided for use inside the bathhouse.
Guests are welcome to bring their own towels and robes for additional comfort.

Parkside Spa Guest Policies & Guidelines

Once you check in, you will be issued a key band, which is used to open and secure your lockers. This key band may also be used to charge purchases such as food, beverages, or treatments during your visit.

Please note: key bands are not linked to a credit card. All charges must be paid at checkout.

Lockers & Personal Belongings

Each guest is provided with two lockers—one for shoes and one for clothing.
Suitcases, large duffle bags, and oversized items will not fit inside the lockers.
Lockers that become jammed due to overfilling will result in a $35 fee to replace the lock.

Outside Items

Outside food and drinks are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Footwear Policy

Parkside Spa is a barefoot facility. Shoes of any kind—including sandals, flip-flops, and Crocs—are not allowed inside. Guests may wear clean socks if preferred.

Uniforms & Robes

Guests are required to wear Parkside Spa uniforms while inside the facility.
Uniform sizes range from XS–4XL.
Each guest is also provided one robe for use during their visit.

Substances & Smoking

Parkside Spa is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, and drug-free facility.
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal or unauthorized substances are strictly prohibited.
Parkside Spa reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who appears under the influence or whose condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.
Guests found smoking will be asked to leave the facility.

Privacy & Recording Devices

For the privacy and comfort of all guests, cameras, recording devices, and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited in locker rooms and bath areas.
Failure to comply will result in removal without a refund.

Noise & Cell Phone Etiquette

Please keep cell phone use discreet and refrain from loud conversations or disruptive noise.
Help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere in all relaxation areas and saunas.

Weather-Related Closures

Parkside Spa closely monitors weather conditions for guest and staff safety.
In the event of lightning, thunder, or icy conditions, outdoor amenities will be closed for at least 30 minutes after the last occurrence.
Weather-related closures do not qualify for refunds, discounts, or rain checks.

Personal Property

Parkside Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items on the premises.
