WHAT PREVENTIVE MEASURES ARE YOU TAKING AGAINST COVID-19?
Our mission is to always look after our customer’s well-being, here in Parkside Spa and Sauna, masks are not mandatory but we encourage our guests to keep a safe distance from others. We also encourage our staff to stay safe and not come in if they are feeling under the weather. We offer masks in the reception and there are hand sanitizer dispensers scattered in our facility for easy access. We have a limited entrance capacity, and we continuously sanitize the entire spa throughout the day.
DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
You do not need to book an appointment for using the bath areas and saunas, you are welcome to walk in. If you’re looking to get a body treatment or massage, it is recommended you book an appointment beforehand, but you can also check for availability once you’re here. Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled service.

WHAT DOES GENERAL ADMISSION INCLUDE?
The General Admission tickets include the bath pools, steam rooms, dry saunas and therapy rooms. We have many more future amenities to come. Admission tickets do not include: our Korean restaurant, Mom's Diner, Parkside Cafe, and Services.
SHOULD I GO INTO THE SAUNAS IF I HAVE A HEALTH CONDITION?
If is not recommended that you enter the saunas if you’re suffering from serious skin problems like rashes and infections. If you have high blood pressure or heart disease, please consult with your doctor beforehand. Also avoid entering if you take medications that may stop you from sweating and produce overheating.
CAN I COME TO THE SPA IF I’M PREGNANT?
We do not recommend pregnant women use the hot tubs and saunas due to overheating and dehydration risks. We also do not perform body treatments or massages at any stage of pregnancy. If you are pregnant and visiting, we still have the rest of the facility available for you (café, restaurant, lounges area, etc).
DO I HAVE TO BE NUDE IN ORDER TO GO TO THE SPA?
We are a traditional Asian style spa,and we have a no garment policy for our bath pools to ensure maximum sanitation. If you wish to use the bath pools (which are separated by gender) you must remove all clothing and shower before going in. The rest of the spa is coed, however, and you must wear our Parkside spa uniform.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED IN THE SPA?
Due to safety and health considerations children under the age of 12 will not be able to use our Spa Facility. In addition, any minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied at all times.
